Villa del Cuculo has been extensively renovated (2015-2019). The owner has maintained its original form, renovating with only the highest quality of materials, artesian craftsmen and modern Italian design. This makes your stay at the residence a very special experience. The villa has been tastefully furnished with high quality materials and design furnishings which provide a luxurious and peaceful setting. An open-plan dining and living area with two large panoramic windows and fireplace is the focal point of the ground floor, which flows seamlessly into the large, well-equipped modern kitchen. The spacious villa (280m²) has 5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is suitable for all seasons; with heated floors and air-conditioning. 

A few paces from the kitchen is the spacious shaded outdoor dining terrace with a huge table, offering splendid views of the cypress trees that adorn the woodland which encompasses the villa. A second outdoor living area with stylish and very comfortable settees is set on the terrace of the pool house which sits directly opposite the villa across the lush lawns surrounding either building. This vast outdoor areas include a lovely private swimming pool (6x12 meters), furnished with loungers and umbrellas, which you can reach with a few paces from the house across the impeccable lawns. 

In addition to the option of strolling through the estate’s stunning olive groves, you can walk to the village, a short 10-minute walk. The charming and unsullied village of Palaia, with its lively heritage, offers an overview of daily Mediterranean life. There are several small grocery stores, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a hairdresser, two well-attended bars and four typical Italian restaurants - one different from the other - are the proof of this in the village.
